The complex consists of two connected buildings. Both buildings have separate entrances and four lifts, two of which serve the parking lot beneath the apartments. The buildings of the complex are respectively five and six-storey, with 148 apartments of different sizes. The parking lot has a capacity of 44 places.

The majority of the apartments have large windows and balconies overlooking the sea and the beach. The apartments are fully finished and furnished, with kitchen furniture (with appliances).

The construction is solid, without supporting beams, the exterior walls are 25 centimeters thick, constructed of ceramic brick, plus 5 cm insulation.
