Nessebar
Nessebar - the pearl of the Southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria is situated on a narrow peninsula, 33 km from Burgas and 3 km from the Sunny Beach Resort. Founded more than 3000 years ago, it is the oldest city in Europe and one of the most visited places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
The climate in Nessebar is moderate with influences from the Mediterranean Sea, the air temperature in summer reaches 28-30oC, and the water temperature - 26oC.
Nessebar is divided into old and new part. The new part is very close to Sunny Beach, and it is where many of the hotels and the private homes built in a contemporary style are located.
Walking through the Old Town, you can enjoy the sights, the museums and the old churches. It is a combination of unique castle walls from the Thracian times, residential and public buildings of the Hellenistic era, medieval churches and houses from the Bulgarian Revival period. It can be reached by road which passes through the narrow isthmus in the sea and its cobblestone streets give the Old Town a special charm. This ancient atmosphere reveals a unique opportunity for recreation at affordable prices.

Nessebar has a brand new neighborhood in its southern part called "Black Sea", which is located near the road connecting Nessebar and Ravda. There is a convenient transport to the town center, and tourist trains take visitors to the architectural and historic "Old Town".
