Shkorpilovtsi is a village resort about 40 kilometers south of Varna and Varna International Airport. The beach has a length of 13 km and a width of 150 meters, making it the longest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The pure magnificent sandy belt starts from Kamchia resort in the north and reaches the Black Cape to the south.

This is one of the magically charming and quiet places with oak woods, dunes, the sea and springs of mineral water, suitable for family tourism and recreation, hunting and fishing. Near Shkorpilovci are the oldest game breeding facility "Sherba" and the game reserves of Longosa and Black Cape which are home to a wide variety of plant and animal species. Hunting grounds in the area are preferred by hunters of deer, wild boar, deer, quail, pheasant, partridge and eurasian woodcock while lovers of fishing can enjoy the sea, the Kamchia River as well as the several dams located nearby.
