The complex is located in the area of the village of Shkorpilovtsi, in 120 m to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Black Sea coast, 30 km south of Varna and 15 km north of the town of Byala. The beach of Shkorpilovtsi stretches over 13 km, reaching width of 100 m, which makes it the longest and most spacious beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

The complex includes 9 buildings with a total of 168 apartments, most of them overlooking the sea. Each apartment has a parking space. There are also several outdoor pools for adults and children and a heat pool for year-round use. Two large restaurants with beautiful sea views, a cocktail bar, a pizzeria, a modern SPA center and balneology, using the natural mineral resources of the region, a gym, shops, a kindergarten, beach bars and a yacht club are provided for the greater comfort of the residents of the complex.

The buildings are of monolithic construction, with water proofing and thermal insulation. The interior is finished with modern materials.
